Returns, Refunds, Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with BS Customs LLC. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, handcrafted, cut specifically for your order, or sold in limited quantities, please review the following policies carefully before purchasing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, all sales are final on the following:

  • Fabric that has been cut to order, including yardage, half yards, fat quarters, strips, precuts, bundles, and similar cut fabric
  • Custom-made, personalized, monogrammed, or specially requested merchandise
  • Clearance, destash, discounted, final-sale, or live-sale merchandise
  • Items altered, washed, cut, used, worn, or otherwise changed after delivery

For other eligible merchandise, please contact BS Customs LLC within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery to request a return. A return must be approved before it is sent back.

Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition. Unless the return is due to an error by BS Customs LLC or an item arriving damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We take care when preparing and packaging orders. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund.

Please do not discard damaged merchandise or its original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by BS Customs LLC or is otherwise required by applicable law.

Processing times after a refund is issued are controlled by the payment provider or financial institution and may vary.

We reserve the right to deny a return or refund request when an item does not meet the requirements of this policy, subject to applicable law.

CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

Orders for custom, personalized, made-to-order, or cut-to-order merchandise cannot be canceled once production, personalization, preparation, or fabric cutting has begun.

For other orders, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once processing or fulfillment has started.

An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled.

FABRIC & HANDCRAFTED ITEM DISCLAIMER

Fabric colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, monitors, and device displays.

Some fabric offered by BS Customs LLC may be new, destash, vintage, or pre-owned. We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph noticeable flaws accurately.

Handcrafted merchandise may contain minor variations in placement, pattern, color, or appearance. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not necessarily considered defects.

LIVE-SALE & WHATNOT PURCHASES

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces or live-selling platforms, including Whatnot, may also be subject to that platform’s applicable buyer-protection, cancellation, return, refund, and dispute policies.

Where a marketplace’s mandatory policy applies to a transaction, that policy will control to the extent it conflicts with this store policy.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

By placing an order with BS Customs LLC, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these policies. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

BS Customs LLC reserves the right to update this policy as business operations or applicable requirements change.
